Exchange strategies on building a Modern Security Practice with your peers

Modern security partners are being asked to deliver more than a collection of tools. They are being asked to improve client resilience, respond decisively when something happens, demonstrate readiness to executives and insurers, and do so without adding unsustainable operational complexity.

This roundtable brings leaders together to compare what a stronger security service looks like in practice. We will explore which outcomes clients value, how partners can deliver 24/7 capability at scale, where AI belongs in the operating model, and how partners can help clients move from documented controls to rehearsed response.

The goal is not to present a single blueprint. It is to surface the decisions, trade-offs, and practical lessons that help partners build security services clients trust, value and continue to fund.
